For those with dietary restriction, I’ve coded the recipes as follows.

V = Vegan; no animal products
Vo = Vegan Option; can use non-dairy substitutes, such as soy milk
Vt = Vegetarian; no fish, poultry, beef, but may include dairy, eggs, and/or honey
F = Flexitarian; easily swapped out for vegetarian protein
P = Pescatarian; for those who eat fish
C = Carnivorous; includes all kinds of flesh
GF = Gluten Free
WF = Wheat Free; grains that may have gluten, such as oats or barley
